Cleanliness needs significant improvement!!! Floors not vacuumed well, dirty window edges, and neglected shelf clutter. Replacement towels left carelessly outside the room, which feels unhygienic.

Enjoyed the hot and cold water dispenser in the lounge. Perfect for quick refreshment without leaving the hotel.

The view of Mt. Fuji was 🌄 stunning from our room! Overall, cozy and convenient with a massage chair. But, could definitely use improvements on cleanliness, especially around the windows.

Early check-in wasn't allowed, which is a bit inconvenient. Rooms were small and not fully prepared upon arrival, missing some necessary items, making the initial impression less than ideal.

absolutely dreadfull experience at West Inn Fuji-Yoshida. I was quite disappointed by the refusal to adjust AC for my comfort, and the electric socket situation was just embaressing. Oh, how I nearly wrote a good review, but not receiving even a complimentary bottle of water shows their utter lack of class.

Though the room was cozy, it could feel small for those with larger frames. The lack of breakfast options limited dining convenience, even with nearby dining options available. Overall, the tranquil atmosphere and friendly staff added charm to the stay.

It was just a fitting option for a weekend pause in Fujiyoshida with good price value. The onsen had rotating times for men and women, which was a nice way to relax. Try to get a room not facing the road for the best view of Mt. Fuji.

Our family enjoyed a lovely two-night stay. The room's view of Mount Fuji provided a spectacular backdrop each morning. Service was friendly, and having a convenience store nearby was a plus. For planning, consider the short walk to Fuji Q Highland!
